Implementation of Prospectus Financed by EU Resources

The thesis is focused on the suggestion of implementation of the prospectus, which leads towards the harmonization between work and family life of employees of research organization. The second area deal with European Union financial resources issue aim at research organization, or if you like it deal with Structural funds issue, that gives financial support to our implementation. Results of the thesis are further on check up in the real project that runs also in the time the thesis is drawn up.
Jana Zátková (1859-1933). Forgotten personality in the History of South Bohemia?

The thesis aims to provide a more comprehensive survey of life and public activities of Jana Zátková, a notable native of České Budějovice. She made her mark on the history of the town not only as a wife of August Zátka, the leader of the České Budějovice Czechs, but also through her activities for the Czech youth and mainly through building the first Czech girls´ lyceum, the very first one in Bohemia. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on the history of both native families of Jana Zátková (i.e. the Strandl and Klavík families). The second chapter describes her family background, childhood and upbringing till the marriage with August Zátka. The marriage itself is described in the third chapter which also presents August Zátka´s family background and public activities as well as the life stories of their three children. The last but one chapter deals with public activities of Jana Zátková in a ladies´ society called Ludmila. The last fifth chapter deals with the final years of her life.

68 Constitutional Aspects of Imprisonment Focusing on the Protection of Family Life Abstract This thesis aim is to analyze some constitutional aspects of imprisonment relating to the fundamental rights and freedoms of convicts. The thesis is divided into two parts - the general part and the special part, which is aimed specifically at protecting family life. The general part theoretically deals with the definition of the meaning and purpose of imprisonment and its execution, the status of convicts as holders of fundamental rights and freedoms, constitutional limits of restrictions on their fundamental rights and freedoms, and the means of their judicial and other legal protection. Except for the third chapter dealing with the role of protection of family life when imposing a prison sentence, the special part focuses on the protection of family life during the period of imprisonment. It discusses the issue of placement and relocation of convicted parents, interventions in parental responsibility associated with the imposition of imprisonment, and analyzes specific institutes for protection of family life (such as visits, written and telephone communication, postponement or suspension of sentence, stay of the child with the mother in prison). European legal aspects of the protection of the private and family life of the child

This dissertation "European legal aspects of the protection of the private and family life of the child" focuses on the protection of privacy, particularly on data protection of children in the context of traditional and modern communication technologies. The family - parents plays the most important role in the environment of traditional and modern communication technologies for ensuring the right to privacy of children. Although the right to privacy and protection of personal data belongs directly to the child, parents have to provide the exercise of these rights of the child with regard to his/her age and mental capacity of the child. Particularly with regard to the constant development of modern technologies, it is possible to imagine that the increasingly threatening situations in terms of privacy and children's personal data will be more frequent. In selected cases, the analysis focuses on the question of who constitutes the cause of unlawful interference into the right of privacy, particularly data protection, individualization of the right or combination of rights to which an unlawful interference has been occurred and how the judicial authorities and national data protection authorities define in individual cases the permissible level of interference with the right to privacy and the...
The Concept of Family and its Protection on the Czech and European Scale

The dissertation deals with the concept of family and its protection on the European scale and within the Czech private law. The main aim of the dissertation is to map the current European standards of the law on family life related to same-sex couples and cohabitations representing (together with a nuclear family) the typical family models. The European scale of the aforesaid issue is focused on analysis of EU member states' legislations and the case-law of the ECHR. Last but not least, the dissertation deals with the Czech private law on same-sex unions and cohabitations in the context of the European standards, reflects the shortcomings of current legislation and includes considerations de lege ferenda.
Harmonization family a working life of czech nurses

Background: The bachelor's thesis "Harmonization of family and work life of Czech nurses" deals with the possibility of reconciling family life with the demanding profession of nurse. Aims: The aim of the questionnaire survey was to find out how Czech nurses are able to manage shift work and family life. Another goal was to find out what share is divided between the division of leverage in their households and the subsequent care of the child. File and methods: Data collection took place in the University Hospital in Motol and in the Regional Hospital in Kladno, data was collected in an inpatient types and outpatient types of workplaces. The target group of respondents consisted of general and practical nurses. The Program Microsoft Excel was used to process the data and the program Statistica CZ 12 was used for the processing of basic statistical analysis and the elaboration of frequency tables. Results: The results showed that of the two hospitals surveyed, when the total number of respondents was 165 (70 respondents for ON Kladno and 95 respondents for Motol University Hospital), the division of household work is mostly in the hands of women, participants could express this part of the questionnaire in a percentage. This bachelor's thesis analyzes the work-life balance of truck drivers and aims to examine the lives of drivers' families to determine whether it is possible to balance their personal and work lives. The theoretical foundation of this thesis is based on literary sources, which discuss characteristics of a driver's work as well as work-life balance. The author details the current situation of Czech families with regard to family and social policy of the Czech Republic. Further, the author explains health issues that may result from sedentary work including truck driving. This study was conducted through semi-structured interviews with seven truck drivers of various ages and work practices. In the interviews, drivers express their experiences with work-life balance and consequent family issues. Respondents also spoke about the characteristics and problems of the driver's work. The results indicate to some extent possibility of work-life balance of truck drivers although the balance is imperfect and family needs are not satisfied fully. The family model of truck driver families corresponds to gender role division of labor and especially childcare is not divided between a man and woman equally thanks to a long period of a man away from home caused by characteristics of driver's work.
